Due to the policy of the organisation the employee may be transferred from one place to another. In that case also one must join the duty at the auspicious time.The following are the important factors or things considered for the Muhurat for joining the job -
Day (Vaar) - Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Nakshatra - Ashvini, Mrigshira, Pushya, Hast, Chitra, Anuradha, Revati.
Tithi -
Krishna Paksh - 1,2,3,5,7,10,11,13
Shukla Paksh - 2,3,5,7,10,11,13

Important Note - If the combination of Vaar, Nakshtra and Tithi (as given above) is not available, one can use any of the following alternatives which are also almost equally useful and give favourable results -
1. Abhijit Muhurat - This Muhurat is available everyday (barring Wednesday). It starts 24 minutes before the local noon time and remains 24 minutes after the local noon time.
