The Dept. of college Education was set up for the administration and development of higher education in the state of Rajasthan. It plays an important role for college education in the state. The following activities are mainly conducted by the department -> Management of govt. colleges.
> opening new colleges.
> Distribution of scholarship to the eligible students.
> Helping the colleges in obtaining development grants from the U.G.C.
> Transfers, postings and promotions of the employees working in the department.
> Preparing seniority list of the employees.
> Conducting examinations.
