Fair at Gogamedi - 
A fair is held in the honour of Gogaji at the village of Gogamedi in Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan. This fair is held on Bhadrapad Krishna Navami every year. This fair is dedicated to folk god Gogaji. People of all castes and religion from Haryana,Punjab. Madhya Pradesh, Gujraat and Uttar Pradesh come to visit this place to worship and pay their honor to Gogaji,the god of snakes.
Goga ji was born in Chouhan Rajput dynasty. His father was Sanwar and his mother was Bachhal. He was born at Dadreva village in Churu district in Rajasthan. He was the pupil of Guru Gorakhnath. His Samadhi is at Gogamedi in Hanumangarh distrist in Rajasthan.
Gogaji, the god of snakes, is also known as Gogaji Chouhan, Gugga, Johar Peer etc. In the temple of Gogaji at Gogamedi, there are Hindu Pujari as well as Muslim Pujari. The Muslim Pujari worships
Gogaji for eleventh and the Hindu Pujari worships for one month in a year. This practice is an example of communal harmony.

When Shankarachary was a student, as usual, one day he went to the house of a poor Brahmin woman to beg. The poor woman had nothing to give to Shankarachary. But she was a pious lady and did not want the boy to go away from her house without taking anything. So she gave an Amala fruit (gooseberry) to Shankarachary  and requested him accept it as she has nothing else in the house except this fruit of Amala.
Knowing about the poor condition of the Brahmin woman and her polite behaviour, Shankarachary was very much moved and composed the Stotra in the praise of goddess Lakshmi. Goddess Lakshmi showered the Brahmin woman's house with goose berries made of gold. Since then the stotra composed by Shankarachary is known as Kanak Dhara Stotra.

Vaibhav Lakshmi Vrat and Pooja Vidhi -

Meaning - Arjun said : Lord, the universe exults and is filled with love by chanting Your names, virtues and glory and the terrified demons are fleeing in all directions and all the hosts of Sddhaas are bowing to You.
Note - When one feels that the place is filled with negative energy, one should chant this  shlok for ten times. If any person is under the bad effect of evil spirit, take some water in the pot, chant this shlok at least 100 times and give him (the affected person)  to drink the abhimantrit water.

> A student must not be homesick. He/She must not take part in household affairs nor must he/she have emotional attachment with his/her family members till his/her study period is over.
These are the five qualities or virtues of a student.
